We ship Australia-wide using reliable courier partners and track every parcel to your door.
Estimated delivery times
Standard local delivery: 3–7 business days
International partner products: 7–12 business days
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days to metro areas. However, please allow a little extra time for rural and remote deliveries.
International partner warehouses
While many of our products ship from within Australia, some of our exclusive chess sets, traditional games and accessories are sourced from our trusted international manufacturing partners.
These specialty items are shipped directly to you, which may result in slightly longer delivery times.
If your order includes an international item, we’ll clearly note it at checkout and keep you updated every step of the way.
Order processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
If your order contains items shipping from different warehouses, they may arrive in multiple parcels.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
For orders under $99 a $19 delivery charge applies.

Damaged or lost items
All shipments are insured for your peace of mind. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, let us know. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
