Carvers' Art 114mm Chess Pieces

The Carvers' Art is a big, heavily detailed army sold in two dark timbers, and the shapes are identical whichever one you take home.

The king stands 114mm, and the pattern on its head is the reason the series carries the name it does. Behind that pattern the head is hollow.

The bishop is drawn to a profile of its own, and the knight's mane picks up the same symmetry from it.

The pieces are triple weighted, and both timbers come in at the same weight, so nothing about the way the set plays changes with the colour.
